Airport pick-up

How do I book a car?
Choose the place and dates in the search form on this site. You will see the available cars with the price for the whole rental. Pick a car, add a protection package and extras, enter your details and pay. You sign the agreement electronically at handover and get the report by e-mail.
Where do I collect the car?
Wherever you choose: at your home, office, hotel or the airport terminal. We keep cars all over Poland, and we confirm the address and time by phone when you book.
Do you have a desk at Warsaw Chopin Airport?
No. We drive the car to the terminal at the agreed time and hand it over there, so you do not need to look for a rental desk or take a shuttle. Call us if your flight is delayed.
Can I rent a car with a foreign driving licence?
Yes. We accept national and international driving licences issued outside the EU and EFTA that comply with the 1968 Vienna Convention. The licence must be valid and recognised in Poland. Bring it with you when you collect the car.
Do I need a credit card?
For most cars a debit card is enough if you buy the Komfort Plus protection package. A credit card is required for premium cars and large SUVs, for example the Audi A4, Mercedes GLA, Mercedes GLB and Volvo XC90. We do not accept prepaid cards, Revolut, Maestro, ZEN or Girocard.
How much is the deposit?
From 4,000 PLN for a city car such as the Škoda Fabia up to 10,000 PLN for a large premium SUV such as the Volvo XC90. The deposit is blocked on your card, not charged. Protection packages reduce it: Komfort by half, Komfort Plus down to 400-1,000 PLN depending on the class.
What is the minimum age?
18 for most of the fleet, from the Škoda Fabia to SUVs such as the Opel Grandland, with a compulsory young driver surcharge for drivers under 21. From 21 you can also rent upper-mid and premium cars such as the Audi A4, Mercedes GLA and Toyota Camry, where the surcharge applies up to the age of 25. Large SUVs, 9-seat minibuses and 3.5-tonne vans are available from 26.
Can I drive the car abroad?
Yes, with our written consent sent by e-mail. Zone I covers Germany, Czechia, Slovakia and Lithuania, Zone II Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Luxembourg. Tell us when you book, as the trip goes into the rental agreement.
