Quanta Flex: a car by the month, without buying one
A car for months rather than days, from 1,660 PLN net a month. You pay one monthly fee and servicing, tyres, insurance and inspections stay on our side. Every month you can swap the car for another in the same class, or move up a class for a surcharge, and you can end the contract in any month.

How it differs from daily rental
Monthly billing instead of daily, with a mileage allowance of 2,500 km per month. Kilometres above the allowance are charged per car, from 0.25 PLN (Škoda Fabia) to 0.80 PLN per km for the most expensive classes.
Every month you can swap the car for another in the same class. If you need something bigger, you move up a class for a surcharge.
You can end the contract in any month. There is no multi-year tie-in as with leasing or a loan.
The fee depends on the class: from 1,660 PLN net (2,041.80 PLN gross) a month for a city car such as the Škoda Fabia, up to 5,900 PLN net for large premium SUVs. What the monthly fee covers
Full servicing: scheduled inspections and warranty repairs.
All-season tyres, or winter tyres on request.
Third-party liability, comprehensive and personal accident insurance for the whole contract.
A replacement car after a breakdown or collision, under the Assistance terms.
Help every day from 8:00 to 22:00, wherever you are. What is left on your side is fuel and everyday use.
Cars available
City and compact: Škoda Fabia, Toyota Aygo X, Hyundai i30 Estate, Toyota Corolla Estate, BMW 218i and Mercedes A-Class.
Crossovers and SUVs: Toyota Yaris Cross, SEAT Arona, Volkswagen T-Cross, Dacia Duster, Opel Grandland, Nissan Qashqai, Cupra Formentor, Audi Q3, Mercedes GLB and Škoda Kodiaq.
For longer journeys and client meetings: Toyota Camry, Lexus ES, Volvo S90, and among large SUVs the Volvo XC90 and Lexus RX.
You book a class, and we agree the specific model when we prepare the offer.
We buy our cars new and collect them from the dealer, so every car has a full service history.
An alternative to leasing
Running costs, insurance and fleet management are in the monthly fee, so you do not plan workshop visits, tyre changes or policy renewals yourself.
The car is not your asset, so its value at the end of the contract is not your concern. You simply hand it back.

Who it makes sense for
A company that needs several cars but does not want leasing or to run its own fleet.
A seasonal business that needs a car for a few months a year. You end the contract in the month the car is no longer needed.
A company whose needs change: when a bigger car would be more useful than a city car, you switch at the next monthly swap.
How we set the terms
We agree the terms after talking through what the car is for, how long you need it and how many kilometres it will cover.
Three steps: choose a car, fill in the form or call us, and take delivery at the address you give us.
The deposit is the same as for daily rental and depends on the class, from 4,000 to 10,000 PLN. It is a pre-authorisation hold on your card, not a charge, and we release it within 14 days of the return.
The Komfort and Komfort Plus packages lower the deposit and your excess, as with daily rental.
Handover and service during the contract
Our staff member brings the car to your address. You fill in the agreement together electronically and mark any damage in a handover report that is emailed to you.
When the on-board computer shows an inspection is due, write to flota@quantacars.pl or call +48 539 888 555. We need two full working days to book the workshop. The inspection is included in the monthly fee.
Report a breakdown or collision by phone, every day 8:00-22:00. A replacement car for the duration of the repair is included.
Monthly fee by car
The rate is the same for a 1-month and a 12-month contract. Longer contracts are priced individually. The fee includes 2,500 km a month, and kilometres over the allowance are charged at the rate for the car's class.

How does Quanta Flex differ from leasing?
With leasing you carry the servicing, the insurance and the car's value at the end of the contract. With Quanta Flex you pay one monthly fee and the car comes back to us. There is no multi-year commitment: you can end the contract in any month.
What is included in the price?

What if the car breaks down?
Call +48 539 888 555. We take breakdown reports every day from 8:00 to 22:00. A replacement car for the duration of the repair is included in the monthly fee, as is the repair itself.
How much is the Quanta Flex deposit?
The same as for daily rental, from 4,000 to 10,000 PLN depending on the class. It is a hold on your card, not a charge. The Komfort and Komfort Plus packages reduce it.
