Questions about renting in Wrocław
Do you have an office in Wrocław?
No. We deliver the car to the address you give us in Wrocław and confirm the exact spot by phone before handover.
What are your handover hours?
Every day from 8:00 to 22:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. Handover or return outside these hours is possible by prior arrangement, for an extra fee.
Is there a Clean Transport Zone in Wrocław?
No. Measurements did not show the annual average nitrogen dioxide limit being exceeded, so the obligation to introduce a zone lapsed, and in May 2026 the city suspended work on it. You can drive a rental car into the centre without checking emission standards.
When do I pay for parking in central Wrocław?
In the very centre, parking is paid seven days a week, 9:00-20:00. The rest of the zone is paid Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00. You can pay at a parking meter with coins, a card or BLIK, or in the AnyPark or SkyCash app.
How far is Wrocław Airport from the centre?
The airport is in the south-western part of Wrocław, about 10 km from the centre. City bus line 106 runs between the terminal and Wrocław Główny station. We deliver the car to the terminal, so you can set off as soon as you land.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes. Choose a different return place in the search form when you book, and it goes into the rental agreement. Changing the return place during the rental has to be agreed with us by phone.
How much is the deposit?
From 4,000 PLN for a city car such as the Škoda Fabia, 5,000 PLN for crossovers, estates and most SUVs, up to 10,000 PLN for large premium SUVs such as the Volvo XC90. The deposit equals the insurance excess. It is blocked on your card by pre-authorisation, not charged to your account.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. On short-term rentals no class has a mileage limit, so you drive as much as you need with no mileage charges. The only limit is in the Quanta Flex subscription: 2,500 km a month.
