How handover works at Warsaw Chopin Airport
We have no desk in the arrivals hall, so there is nothing to look for. We agree the time and the place outside the terminal by phone when we confirm your booking, usually at the arrivals hall exit.
Our driver calls you when they pull up. You sign the agreement on a tablet by the car, the handover report is emailed to you, and you are ready to go.
The airport is about 8 km from the centre, next to the S79 expressway, so from the terminal you can quickly leave the city in any direction.
Delayed flight and evening arrival
If your flight is delayed, call us as soon as you find out. We move the handover time free of charge if the new time falls within 8:00-22:00.
Landing after 22:00? A handover outside our working hours is possible for an extra fee, but it must be arranged before you fly. It often works out cheaper to take the car the next morning at your hotel, as the 24-hour rental period starts from handover.
Returning the car before your flight
You return the car outside the terminal at the time agreed with us. Allow a few minutes for the return report before check-in.
If you collected the car in the city, select the airport return when you book. A return to a different place than the pick-up is written into the agreement and carries an extra charge.

Before you book

Do you have a desk at Warsaw Chopin Airport?
No. We drive the car to the terminal at the agreed time and hand it over there, which means you skip the rental desk queue.
What are your handover hours?
Every day from 8:00 to 22:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. Handover or return outside these hours is possible by prior arrangement, for an extra fee.
What if my flight is delayed?
Call us as soon as you know. We move the handover to the new time free of charge, as long as it still falls between 8:00 and 22:00. Outside those hours handover is possible by prior arrangement, for an extra fee.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes. Choose a different return place in the search form when you book, and it goes into the rental agreement. Changing the return place during the rental has to be agreed with us by phone.
How much is the deposit?
From 4,000 PLN for a city car such as the Škoda Fabia, 5,000 PLN for crossovers, estates and most SUVs, up to 10,000 PLN for large premium SUVs such as the Volvo XC90. The deposit equals the insurance excess. It is blocked on your card by pre-authorisation, not charged to your account.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. On short-term rentals no class has a mileage limit, so you drive as much as you need with no mileage charges. The only limit is in the Quanta Flex subscription: 2,500 km a month.
