Questions about renting in Poznań
Do you have an office in Poznań?
No. We deliver the car to the address you give us in Poznań and confirm the exact spot by phone before handover.
What are your handover hours?
Every day from 8:00 to 22:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. Handover or return outside these hours is possible by prior arrangement, for an extra fee.
Can you deliver the car to Poznań-Ławica Airport?
We do not serve Poznań-Ławica Airport. In Poznań we deliver the car to an address in the city, for example your hotel or Poznań Główny station. The airport is about 7 km from the centre, and bus line 159 runs from the terminal straight to the station, so that is the easiest place to meet.
Is there a Clean Transport Zone in Poznań?
No. In April 2026 the city council rejected a petition to introduce a clean transport zone in the centre, and nitrogen dioxide limits have not been exceeded. You can drive a rental car into the centre without checking emission standards.
When do I pay for parking in central Poznań?
In the inner-city paid parking zone, the Centrum and Jeżyce subzones are paid Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00, and the rest of the zone Monday to Friday. Sundays are free. You can pay at a parking meter or in an app: AnyPark, CPG, Flowbird, moBILET or SkyCash.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes. Choose a different return place in the search form when you book, and it goes into the rental agreement. Changing the return place during the rental has to be agreed with us by phone.
How much is the deposit?
From 4,000 PLN for a city car such as the Škoda Fabia, 5,000 PLN for crossovers, estates and most SUVs, up to 10,000 PLN for large premium SUVs such as the Volvo XC90. The deposit equals the insurance excess. It is blocked on your card by pre-authorisation, not charged to your account.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. On short-term rentals no class has a mileage limit, so you drive as much as you need with no mileage charges. The only limit is in the Quanta Flex subscription: 2,500 km a month.
