Van rental on a category B licence
A large van for a house move or a bigger load, and a 9-seat minibus for team travel. All of them can be driven on a standard category B licence, and mileage is unlimited.

A van or a 9-seat minibus
Large van up to 3.5 tonnes: Maxus Deliver, Peugeot Boxer, Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter, 3 seats, from 240 PLN per day. For a house move or a larger load. For example, a Peugeot Boxer L3H2 (long wheelbase, high roof) has about 13 m³ of load space (3.7 m long, 1.9 m high, 1.4 m between the wheel arches) and a payload of about 1.3 tonnes.
9-seat minibus: Toyota Proace or Ford Transit Custom, automatic gearbox, from 370 PLN per day. For moving a team or a larger group.
You book a vehicle class, not a specific model. All of them are within the 3.5-tonne limit, so a category B licence is enough. Dimensions and payload depend on the model and version. If your load is a tight fit, call us and we will check the specific vehicle.
Daily rates
Billing is per 24-hour period from the hour of handover, and the daily rate drops as the rental gets longer.
Large van: 300 PLN for one day, 270 PLN a day for three, 260 PLN for seven, 250 PLN for fourteen and 240 PLN from fifteen.
9-seat minibus: 550 PLN for one day, 400 PLN a day for three, 390 PLN for seven, 380 PLN for fourteen and 370 PLN from fifteen.
Mileage is unlimited for vans too, so moving to another city does not change the price.
Who can rent
Vans and 9-seat minibuses are available to drivers aged 26 and over.
You need an ID card or passport and a category B licence valid in Poland. Polish documents can be shown in the mObywatel app.
The deposit can be held on a debit card if you take the Komfort Plus package. Without it you need a credit card in your name, valid for at least three months after the return.
Deposit and protection
The deposit for a van or a 9-seat minibus is 5,000 PLN. It is a hold on your card, not a charge, and we release it within 14 days of the return.
The Komfort package at 59 PLN a day lowers the deposit to 2,500 PLN.
Komfort Plus at 99 PLN a day lowers it to 500 PLN and covers damage to glass, tyres and wheels.
Platinium at 159 PLN a day brings the excess down to 1 PLN. The package is chosen before handover, for the whole rental.
Handover and return
We deliver the van to the address you give us, for example the flat you are moving out of or your warehouse.
You fill in the agreement with a member of our team on a phone or tablet and record any damage in a handover report that is emailed to you.
The van comes with at least a quarter tank and you return it at the same level. The return inspection works the same way as the handover.
If the van breaks down
If the vehicle is off the road for more than 2 hours for reasons beyond your control, we arrange one of a similar segment, as a rule within 24 hours of your call.
If a replacement cannot be delivered, we refund the rent for the days without a vehicle on a pro-rata basis, within 14 days.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a category C licence for a van?
No. All our vans stay within the 3.5-tonne limit, so a category B licence is enough. This includes the 9-seat minibuses.
How much fits in a large van?
It depends on the model. For example, a Peugeot Boxer L3H2 has about 13 m³ of load space: 3.7 m long, 1.9 m high and 1.4 m between the wheel arches. Payload is about 1.3 tonnes, depending on the version. It usually takes the contents of a studio or small flat.
Can I rent a van for one day?
Yes, billing is per 24-hour period counted from the hour of handover. For a house move one day is often enough, and we can deliver the van to the address you are moving out of.
How old do I have to be?
26, for both the vans up to 3.5 tonnes and the 9-seat minibuses. A younger driver cannot rent them even for a surcharge.
How much is the deposit?
5,000 PLN for a van or a 9-seat minibus, held on your card at handover. Komfort lowers it to 2,500 PLN, Komfort Plus to 500 PLN, and Platinium brings the excess down to 1 PLN.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. On daily hire no vehicle, vans included, has a mileage limit.
When do I get the deposit back?
Within 14 days of returning the vehicle, if it comes back with no new damage beyond normal wear and everything due under the agreement has been paid. The deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge.
Can I pay with a debit card?
Yes, if you buy the Komfort Plus package. Without it, the deposit is held on a credit card. We do not accept prepaid cards, Revolut, Maestro, ZEN or Girocard.
