For months: Quanta Flex. Servicing, tyres, insurance, Assistance and fleet management are in the monthly fee, with 2,500 km a month, and we agree the terms after looking at your needs.

Framework agreement, discounts and an account manager
If you rent from us regularly, we sign a framework agreement, so each rental follows the same terms without negotiating them again.
Discounts are agreed individually, depending on the number of cars and how often you rent.
Your company gets an account manager who knows its terms and handles all its rentals.
Each rental is paid upfront, as with any other booking.
Several drivers on one agreement
The company is the renter and names the employees who will drive the car in the agreement. It is liable for them as for its own actions.
Each driver shows an ID document and a driving licence valid in Poland and meets the age requirement for the car class.
A person named in the agreement can collect and return the car on the company's behalf under a power of attorney.

Large vans up to 3.5 tonnes on a category B licence: Maxus Deliver, Peugeot Boxer, Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter.
9-seat minibuses for team travel: Toyota Proace, Ford Transit Custom.
We deliver to the address you give us or to the airport terminal, every day from 8:00 to 22:00.
Invoicing and breakdowns
We invoice the rental to your company. You can pay by bank transfer, card, BLIK, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
For daily hire the deposit is a pre-authorisation hold on a card, released within 14 days of the return. A protection package lowers it.
If a rented car is off the road for more than 2 hours for reasons beyond your control, we arrange a car of a similar segment, as a rule within 24 hours.
If someone else damages your company car, we provide a replacement car covered by their insurance. Your company pays the VAT on the rent and the insurer pays the rest.

Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, to the company details given at booking.
Do you sign framework agreements?
Yes. For regular rentals we sign a framework agreement with an individual discount, and your company gets an account manager who handles its rentals. Get in touch through the contact form.
Can we pay on deferred terms?
No. Each rental is paid upfront by bank transfer, card, BLIK, Google Pay or Apple Pay, and we invoice your company.
Can several employees drive the same car?
Yes. The company as renter names the drivers in the agreement. Each of them needs an ID document and a driving licence valid in Poland and must meet the minimum age for the car class. Anyone not named in the agreement may not drive the car.
Do you offer rentals for several months?
Yes, Quanta Flex. The monthly fee covers servicing, tyres, insurance, Assistance and fleet management. The allowance is 2,500 km a month and we agree the terms individually.
Do you rent vans and 9-seaters?
Yes: large vans up to 3.5 tonnes (Maxus Deliver, Peugeot Boxer, Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter) and 9-seat minibuses (Toyota Proace, Ford Transit Custom). All on a category B licence, for drivers aged 26 and over.
Where do you deliver the car?
To the address you give us, such as your office or an employee's home, and to the terminals at Warsaw Chopin, Kraków Balice, Gdańsk and Wrocław airports. We hand cars over every day from 8:00 to 22:00.
Can an employee collect the car on behalf of the company?
Yes, if they are named in the agreement. With a power of attorney they collect and return the car for the company and sign the handover and return reports. They show an ID document and a driving licence valid in Poland.
What if someone damages our company car?
We provide a replacement car and settle the rental with the at-fault driver's insurer. For a company car, the VAT on the rental is covered by the company, because it can deduct it.
